This Shipping Policy outlines how Ravia Marble (operated by 7ORIX LLC) handles the processing, packaging, and global delivery of our custom-dimension natural stone products, sinks, and pedestals.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within [1–4 ] weeks after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • Because many of our natural stone products and custom marble items require specialized, secure crating or packaging to ensure safe transit, preparation may occasionally take slightly longer. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped with tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide shipping to ensure our handcrafted Afyon marble products reach global destinations.

  • Standard / Freight Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance procedures, and the size/weight of the marble crate.

  • Estimated transit times will be calculated and displayed at checkout or provided via custom freight quotes for larger installations.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ravia Marble / 7ORIX LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, import duties) are the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • Please check with your local customs office for estimated duties and taxes before placing your order.

4. Damages and Issues

  • Due to the fragile and heavy nature of natural stone goods, every item is carefully inspected and securely packaged before leaving our facility.

  • In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials, take clear photos of the damage (both packaging and the product itself), and contact us immediately at info@raviamarble.com along with your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.
